What is The RESTART Program©? 🫐💚🥦🍳
It's a 5-week sugar and bad carbs detox that includes eating real food, lots of education, and small group support. We'll be eliminating ❌🍩🍪🧁❌ sugars and highly refined carbohydrates as well as the common food allergens, to balance our bodies and RESTART good health. Say goodbye to sugar and carb cravings, abnormal blood sugar levels, inflammation and some extra pounds, and feel the amazing difference that eating simple, real food can make in a short period of time.
Over 100 people have RESTARTed with me and reported better energy, focus and sleep, balanced blood sugar, improvements in mood, cravings, stress, pain, allergies, looser fitting clothes, and lots of other body and brain benefits! It is a mind-shift about food, and a great opportunity to learn all about how your body works to get and stay in balance. It is not a deprivation diet, it is an opportunity to try different things and change your relationship with food. AND we get to do it together and learn from each other along the way.
